The TMS Levelcom LC series pulsed bubbler is one of the most versatile technologies available in continuous level measurement with more capabilities and functions than most other tank level monitors on the market!
The LevelCom LC-100 Tank Level Indicator excels in applications that are problematic for other level measurement sensors. The LC-100 provides continuous level measurement in water, aqueous solutions, hazardous and corrosive liquids with varying viscosities, temperatures and specific gravities along with applications where radar, ultrasonic, float or microwave level sensors have proved undependable or where the fluid properties and tank environment cause premature sensor failure.
The LC series continuously measures liquid levels without the need for a sensor, cable or transducer in the tank, eliminating common electronic failure points while providing accurate level readings and dependable performance. Maintenance if required, is performed from the top of the tank, eliminating the need to empty the tanks content, clean the tank and have it certified as safe before allowing workers to enter. Since the point of measurement on the LC-100 has no electrical components, it is a good choice for classified “Hazardous Areas”. The absence of electronics in the tank coupled with the ability to locate the controls up to 500 feet away from the tank enables the pneumatic plumbing to isolate hazardous areas from the safe areas allowing workers to perform any service required in a safe environment, reducing costs and minimizing risks.
TMS’ s “Advanced Bubbler Technology” which combines computer and pulsed bubbler technologies, enables the LC series to have automated operating cycles, SCADA and self-diagnostic capabilities. All values and alarm set points are displayed in either English / Metric units of measure, (depth, volume or weight) on the digital display. LevelCom LC series tank level indicators work in any shape of tank with both metallic and non metallic tank materials whether the tanks are vented or pressurized.
