Bubbler technology has been in use for over 150 years and continues to be one of the most widely used means to measure the depth of contained liquids.

The LevelCom LC-100 uses pulsed bubbler depth sensing technology, which resolves many of the problems long associated with continuous flow bubblers and reduces air consumption.

The Levelcom LC-100 works in all shapes and styles of service tanks and is compatible with all metals, fiberglass, plastic and non metallic tank materials.  Applications can be in vented or pressurized tanks. The point of measurement on the LC-100 has no electrical components, making it a good choice for classified “Hazardous Areas”. The pneumatic plumbing isolates the hazardous from the safe area allowing the placement of the LC-100 system controls safely away from the tank.  The LC-100 can use standard supply air or nitrogen in field applications.

The LC-100 has a reputation of working in difficult applications, it is highly recommended for liquid level measurement applications where ultrasonic, float or microwave techniques have proved undependable. Typical applications include oils, fuel, potable water, viscous fluids, slurries, acids, wastewater and foaming liquids

LC-100’s provide accurate tank monitoring and long service life in rugged environments. The LC-100 works as a single stand-alone unit or can be panel mounted in multiples to meet the applications requirements.
